Dilecta sport racer circa 1920

Beautiful original yellow paint with black lining, exceptional enamel badge. The bike is 1920s, at the time when Dilecta had a Tour de France team.

Non-original wheels with nice flip flop back hub, the bike would look beautiful with wooden rims.

Exceptional saddle. The bike has been retro-fitted with a high quality Hirondelle Manufrance back brake. Cranks stamped Dilecta, very nice pedals and chainwheel.

Rare flat mudguards with mouldings, painted red/black. Front mudguard will need regluing, rear mudguard stays are broken both sides. Back dropouts possibly shortened. 

Very attractive wide handlebars.
