Delangle racer 1930s

1930s Delangle racer. Incredible quality machine in totally complete original condition. Chromed fork top (rare on these early racers), fantastic enameled badge, the parts are top top qualtiy : racing pedals with Pelissier clips, both hubs stamped Delangle, Bowden brakes, Caminade lugged stem, Excelsior saddle, top Super-Champion changer with reversible wheel, beautiful brown painted wood rims that run true, fine wing nuts (one missing), black painted race bars. The transfers (Champion du Monde, Delangle, Special Champion, the tubes I believe are the rare and expensive Reynolds HM) are present but flaking, as is the paint. The frame is in good condition, no corrosion, but the paint is lifting in many places. This frame is particularly beautiful, with the reinforcement to the stays behind the bottom bracket, and the nicely cut out lugs.
