Mr. Edvins Liepins and Mr. Janis Seregins got out very special book. They have gathered many years of research in various archives, museums, libraries and expeditions with businessmen, craftsmen and their contemporaries. This book is the one and only book that is specifically about the history of bicycle manufacturing in Latvia.
